+ WHAT DOES A CHIROPRACTOR DO?

We restore joint motion to areas that are stuck or restricted which cause blind spots in the nervous system. By restoring joint motion and function we enhance the ability of the nervous system to process and see information from all areas of the body.

+ WHY DO WE GET FIXATIONS IN THE FIRST PLACE?

Fixations can be a result of a fall or injury, repetitive poor posture or job requirements, a visceral cause like an upset stomach, or even just stress. Our body responds to these stimuli by increasing muscle tone in areas of our body causing fixations. This causes one area to not work and the areas around it to have to work harder, which can lead to pain and discomfort.

+ WILL I HAVE TO COME FOREVER?

No! Our combination of adjustments, DNS rehab and prescribed at home exercises should make it that at the end of the finite treatment plan we can move you to the maintenance plan of your choice. It takes 30 days for pathology to occur due to lack of movement so we suggest once a month for maintenance but many people find that keeping up with their exercises can make the period between appointments longer.

+ WHY DO I HAVE AT HOME EXERCISES?

Think of these as your chiropractic teeth brushing. You wouldn’t go to the dentist once every six months and not brush your teeth in between, why should your physical health be any different? Our exercises reinforce the treatment done in the office and allow the results to remain for longer periods of time.

+ WHY DON'T YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

In an effort to lower the cost of treatment for patients both with and without insurance, we have elected to operate as a time of service “Cash Practice”. This allows us to offer a lower-priced fee schedule due to the lower administrative costs incurred by our office. The fees for services are a discounted rate of the federally approved reimbursement fee schedule for chiropractic services. While some doctors offices charge an individual charge per service code, we currently charge on an all inclusive (with the exception of Massage and NormaTec Recovery), per visit basis, which allows us to give you the complete treatment you need every single time you step into our office.

At this time we cannot accept any Medicare participants as patients, whether they agree to our fee schedule or not. Sorry for the inconvenience.
